For Movement it’s important to work on building up other areas of the body aside from your legs, to ensure a stronger running gait. By developing a strong core you can keep the body stable and prevent wobbling, while developing the upper body strength (specifically the back area) will enable a better posture, more fluid arm swings and better breathing.
